Getting Started

We reward our IBC Tote generators for good containers with great service and rebates.

  Submit an initial pickup request

  In order for us to begin the pick up process you’ll need to submit the form in the upper right hand corner.Once we have your basic contact information we may begin the process.

  Create an account

  Once you have submitted the initial pickup request, you’ll be asked to create an account within our system.We must gather your companies container pictures, safety data sheets, shipping & billing address.

  Approval

  Once you've supplied us with the necessary information and uploaded your SDS and pictures, we'll call to finalize the process.

  Scheduling Transportation

  Before your containers are removed we will schedule a truck and confirm date & ETA. You will receive a BOL from us via email, and coordinate the pickup.

10 containers or less

You may ship the containers to one of our locations, but we do not provide any rebates or cover any of the transportation costs. We can schedule the pickup for a small fee.

11 to 24 containers

Depending on your proximity to one of our locations, we may be able to pick them up for free BUT it may take awhile. You may ship the containers in or pay a small fee to have them removed.

30 to 45 containers

We are able to pick these up for free, and depending on your location we'll be able to provide a rebate.

50 to 60 containers

We are able to pick up for free and provide a rebate based on the condition and quality of the container.

How long does it take? First time pickups.

5 to 10 Business Days - Once we receive pictures and SDS and your containers have been approved we will then be able to schedule a truck to pickup your empty totes.

How long does it take? Existing Vendors.

2 to 3 Business Days - All requests after the first pickup we will be scheduled in a timely manner and you can expect a BOL confirmation within 24 hrs of the request and a truck at your dock in no less than three days.

How many containers fit on a 53` foot trailer?

60 IBC Totes double stacked valves facing the wall.

Do you provide drop trailers?

Yes, but your company must generate over 240 empties per month or more.

Do you charge for damaged IBC Totes?

No, we understand that every tote is not perfect and we are willing to accommodate a handful of damaged containers per pickup. That being said we are not in the waste hauling business and pickup 100s damaged containers.

Do you accept IBCs that previously held hazmat material?

Yes, we will happily recycle your empty hazmat IBC Totes.

What type of empty IBCs do you accept?

Among the totes we accept are Schutz, Mauser, Greif, and even those manufactured overseas. As long as the cage is functional, we are interested.
