What is an Access Code?

An Access Code is a password that helps protect your accounts when accessing and using our Internet Banking services. Alongside your unique Member number, it’s the key piece of information you need to access Internet Banking and bank online.

Where is my Access Code?

When you become a member of our bank, you will receive a welcome email that includes your member number. We will also send a temporary Access Code to your mobile via SMS.

You will be automatically registered for Internet Banking. However, you will need to activate Internet Banking by logging in with your member number and the temporary Access Code. You can then set your own preferred Access Code.

Can I change my Access Code?

Of course! If you want to change your Access Code to something more memorable, you can do this yourself in Internet Banking.

Log in to Internet Banking, go to My Settings, select Change Access Code and follow the on-screen prompts to create your new code.
